WB homes are pre-engineered and arrive on the jobsite in full kits ready for assembly. All of the pieces for framing are already labeled, cut, drilled, punched, marked and ready to bolt or screw together. WB provides a set of construction plans and detailed assembly instructions to show how each wall, opening, and truss is constructed. WB Homes go up easily with components being bolted and screwed together quickly and logically.

WB homes can be built with any type of foundation and can be finished with any exterior material available: brick, stucco, siding, etc. The completed home is indistinguishable from a conventionally built wood framed house, but delivers the many inherent advantages of steel.

Lifetime Series
WB currently offers the Lifetime series of homes.  This series is the premier system for Tri-Steel homes out of Denton, Texas, supplier to WB Construction. The system uses the finest pre-engineered red iron, bolt-together steel framing system available today. The Lifetime homes are incredibly strong and are well suited for slab, pier-and-beam foundations or homes with basements.
